Enjoy nature, fresh mountain air and the enchanting winter atmosphere at Höchi’s Winter Magic. Starting 21 November 2025 – perfect for romantics, nature lovers and fans of exceptional cuisine!
Our garden has transformed into a little enchanted forest, complete with an open fire, mulled wine, punch and roasted chestnuts. From 3:00 p.m. onwards, it’s the ideal stop for a cosy break or a rustic aperitif before dinner.
And there’s more: For your romantic walk from Hirzel up to Höchi and/or back, we’ve prepared lanterns to guide your way.

Our menu features traditional Swiss dishes with a subtle Asian twist, fresh fish specialties, and homemade pasta and ravioli from our in-house pasta workshop – all crafted primarily with the finest regional ingredients from local farmers.

Höchi’s Lantern Trail
Your winter Höchi experience begins in Hirzel. Reserve your lantern via our “lantern hotline”, park your car by the church, pick up your lantern and enjoy a 20-minute walk to Höchi, illuminated by its warm, atmospheric glow.
At the top, mulled wine, punch and our seasonal winter dishes are waiting for you!

Höchi's Magic Garden
As a special highlight for the cold season, we haven’t put our garden to sleep — we’ve transformed it into a little “enchanted forest” with an open fire, mulled wine, punch and roasted chestnuts.

Höchi Fondue Fun
In the winter season we’ll transform your table into the finest Alpine hut magic: Enjoy convivial coziness with a Fondue Chinoise featuring beef, veal, and chicken,
7 different sauces and plenty of side dishes – or a cheese fondue with homemade cheese sauce!
Höchi’s fondue fun is available for groups from 2 to 40 people!
Pastawerk opening
This December it’s finally happening – we’re opening our Pastawerk in Hirzel!
Handmade pasta crafted from the finest ingredients for our pasta dishes at the Höchi Restaurant.

For everyone who loves to start their weekend slowly and deliciously, we serve a true Höchi “Z’morgen” breakfast every Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays from 9 to 11 a.m. — prepared just for you. (only with pre-reservation)
